Yes. Sashimi, plain fish sushi, salmon and tuna dons, simple fish and vegetable rolls and edamame are made with gluten-free ingredients. Our sushi rice is naturally gluten free; ask your server for gluten-free soy sauce.

Hibachi and teriyaki are cooked with soy sauce, which contains wheat, so they are not marked gluten free. Tell your server or hibachi chef about your diet when you order.

No. Our kitchen also handles wheat (tempura, noodles and sauces), so we can't promise a gluten-free kitchen. If you have celiac disease or a serious allergy, please tell your server.
