1. Sponsor
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Mr Sushi Grill, located in Middletown, New York.

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited. Employees, immediate family members, and household members of the Sponsor are not eligible.
“Participants under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to enter.
If selected as a winner, a parent or legal guardian must claim the prize on their behalf.”
“Winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.”

3. No Purchase Necessary
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

Participants may receive additional entries (if applicable)
by engaging in promotional activities such as posting a photo at the restaurant and tagging the business on social media.
Free alternative method of entry (AMOE) providing equivalent bonus entries is available upon request to ensure equal opportunity.

5. Entry Period
Entries are accepted on a rolling monthly basis. Each Sweepstakes period ends on the 14th of each month at 11:59 PM EST.

6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random drawing (the “Monthly Spin”) on or about the 15th of each month.

7. Prize(s)
Prizes may include gift cards, merchandise, or promotional items as determined by Sponsor.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies monthly.

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Winner Notification & Claim
Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
Winner must claim prize within 14 days, or an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness,
and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud,
technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

11. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of New York,
without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in New York.
